Prior reservation via Shangri-La Specials Mobile App is a MUST. Select "50% offer" and confirmation will be held on a tentative basis. An online payment link will be emailed to you in a separate email and if we did not receive confirmation within three working days from the date the booking is made, your tentative booking will be released without prior notice.
Full payments are non-refundable in the event of booking cancellation or reduction of number of person.
