职位1：室内设计师

职责：

• Responsible for interior design project planning and design stage of building projects.
• Plan, organize and manage the building & construction projects which related to all interior fit-out and renovation works.
• Inspect the construction drawing and site works to ensure the built product are in accordance with the drawings, design intention and specification.
• Resolve interior design issues and any other technical issues which related to interior design in timely manner.
• Coordinate with the project team to conduct defects inspection after completion of works.

入职资格：

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Interior Design field. Experience in building industry with on-site experience would be an added advantage.
• Familiar with the construction process and design specifications.
• Good design knowledge and creative idea for interior and exterior design, facade design, etc.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DMax, Photoshop and other related software.
• A team player, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

职位2：会计经理

职责：

• Overview full set of accounts for the Company and review monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly report (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow according to company rules), analysis of accounts, bank reconciliations, cash flow, budgets, management/statutory reporting etc accurately and monitor actual performance against budget
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of accounting reports and compliance with the Company’s policies and standards.
• Identify issues and make proposals to align with corporate process and continuous improvements to achieve the Company’s goals and objectives
• To analysis daily accounting tasks and ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively to meet datelines.
• Liaison with internal and external auditors; tax agents, bankers and other statutory authorities.
• Complete any ad hoc assignments by Company policy.

入职资格:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Accounts field or relevant role with experience of preparing Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow.
• Candidate must possess Professional Degree in ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent. Those pursuing the final stage will also be considered.
• Possess a strategic mind set with a high level of integrity, ethics and results driven.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent participatory management skills, effective team-builder with high accountability for his/her actions
• Required skills: Microsoft Words & Excel

职责：

• Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via leads and inquiries
• Identify customer needs and analyse their needs for upsell and cross sell opportunities
• Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
• Building strong customer relationships
• Takes accountability by updating daily sales in system

入职资格:

• Minimum a Diploma in related field with proven track record in Sales
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales field
• Highly successful at converting clients with the ability to adhere to KPI's to ensure success
