【月薪:平均每月高达 RM3200】

入职要求:

  • Required language(s): Cantonese, Mandarin & English (fluent spoken English will be an added advantage).
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Call centre Customer Service.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player

职责:

  • To handle all inbound calls, email or other designated portals to transport, food delivery, product information and other enquiries.
  • To exceed customers' expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
  • Provide customer support using the English or Mandarin/Cantonese language via phone or email.
  • Ensure that all trips in the location driver is assigned to are tracked via inbound calls/outbound calls/SMS/ chat.
  • Conduct all clients-defined and -required safety performance, driver certification and security checks.
  • Monitor journey progress to quickly identify incident or hazardous condition.
  • Monitor and respond accordingly on road and weather conditions, dynamic changes.
  • Coordinate emergency and lost person emergency response plan with location in charge.

入职条件:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Email or Chat Support, Proof Reading or Document Writing
  • Excellent Mandarin & Cantonese written and verbal communication skills
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
  • Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shift (weekdays nights, full days on weekends and public holidays)
  • 6 working days in a week
  • 100 Full-Time position(s) available
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Medini 7, Nusajaya 

职责:

  • Attend to customer concerns via email or other designated portals.
  • Handling of incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need.
