【薪资：平均每月高达 RM4500】
入职要求：
- Ability to lead and manage a team of a minimum of 10-15 staffs on average
- To be able to supervise, train, coach & motivate the team
- Good interpersonal skills & good communication skills in English, BM & Chinese
- Attractive basic salary with over riding commission
- Required skill(s): Advanced excel skill, Advance power point skill
- Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
职责：
- To undertake daily management activities of a team of inbound agents
- Supervise, train, coach & motivate the team to achieve KPI
- To constantly monitor & manage performance of the individuals & team
- To initiate changes to manage adherence to work schedule, standard operation procedure
- To contribute overall quality i.e. coaching, transaction monitoring, process improvements, etc
- To prepare month end & ad hoc reports as & when required
- Most importantly to manage client's expectations & ensure daily deliverables are met
【薪资：平均每月高达RM3200】
入职要求：
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & Cantonese, English
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience with Inbound & Outbound campaign (min. 6 months)
- Able to work in Johor Bahru
职责：
- Ability to efficiency observe transactions and identify issues and trends observed during monitoring
- To prepare weekly internal report accurately and completely and ensure report is sent by the required deadline
- To conduct quality related coaching for all agents on the floor
- To arrange and participate in monthly call calibration session with client
- To actively develop and execute action plans for continuous improvement of quality scoresfor all agents
- To conduct group briefing for agents on product/procedural updates/changes and on quality related issues as necessary
- To assume any additional ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned by the management
