Do Something New

When you learn something new, that will actually stimulate your brain!

Don’t always do the same thing, your brain will get used to it and will be auto-pilot, instead change your life up, and challenge yourself so your brain can turn!

For example, you can try finding more roads to go to work, try cooking a new recipe, a new exercise routine, etc. You just have to mix it up!

Turn off your waze

Nowadays we don’t need maps anymore, waze will tell us everything. This makes our brain lazier and less efficient at the same time as it doesn’t need to be used that much.

Instead, try turning off your waze and using your brain to remember roads, figure out new roads etc so while you are driving you are also exercising your brain!

Throw away the calculator

Remember in school when we were forced to use our brain to do mathematics? That was when our brain was really turning. Now we rely too much on calculators and our phones to do calculations and thus just like using waze, it makes our brain lazier as we don’t need to use as much brain power.

Try not to use electronics to help you with calculations and such, instead use your brain to do it first, make it really turn!

Instead of taking everything at face value and just accepting it, make a habit of questioning everything around you, make your brain ask questions. Like how children’s brain processes fast because they always ask “why, why, why”!

By being curious and questioning everything, you force your brain to analyze and innovate to create new ideas.
