- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent in any field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Working location : Subang Jaya
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadline and willing to travel.
- Possess own transport will be advantage.
职责
- Supplier sourcing, evaluation and negotiation.
- Comparison on pricing, quality and service.
- Ensuring on-time Purchase Order and delivery of goods.
- Support in auditing functions, prepare and maintain summaries and investigate the activities of the various outlets.
- Prepare daily & monthly report.

- Candidate must possess at least a LCCI Higher / Diploma in Accounting / CAT / Degree in Accounting or ACCA (partial) or its equivalent
- Minimum 1 year(s) related working experience in this position
- Knowledge in Auto Count Accounting System in an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel and Ms Word Seld-motivated and able to work independently

- Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of monthly accounts
- Ensure timely submission of Monthly Management Report

- Prepare Fortnightly Cash Flow Report
- Cash Flow monitoring / Bank Reconciliation / Prepare payments
- Participate in Annual Budget & Cash Flow Projections

- Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure service and conformance to standards.
- To ensure hygiene standards comply with the company and statutory requirement.
- To ensure all stocks and supplies are timorously requested, correct stock levels maintained and stored under optimum condition.
